Mekedes Digafe and Zena Debasu kindly met us at the Bole airport in Addis Ababa to see that everything had gone well on our flight and if we needed any help with anything. We were fine and only one of us had luggage that didn’t arrive until a day later in Bahir Dar. There were no issues or concerns with customs.
Later in the week, Mekedes came up to Bahir Dar for business reasons and to the Gamby Hospital to see what we were doing on the mission.
